Hurstbridge Who's Who
Public Profile

Hi! I used to work as a newspaper printer. Now, I'm a member of IPI (the Information Physics Institute). My hobbies include reading, writing, listening to pop music, watching TV, the Internet and my laptop / smartphone, and light exercise.
I do a lot of writing. My personal website is my profile on ResearchGate (I'm not on any social media sites). There, you can read my science preprints (articles). The business website lists the latest book I've written ("From Scientific Curiosity to Utopia"). Most of my books are on Amazon but this one's by Eliva Press.

🎨 Joy Hester
Artist Joy Hester lived with Grey Smith at their farm Gar in Hurstbridge during the late 1940s. A photograph taken there in spring 1948 forms part of the National Gallery of Victoria’s account of her life. Known especially for expressive drawings of faces and figures, she also wrote poetry, displaying handwritten poems alongside drawings at her first solo exhibition in 1950.
